The search for great service in the nail industry can be brutal!! I consider my self care serious, quality and professionalism is much appreciated and desired. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant and welcoming, when I walked in she addressed me by name (cheers) that was a plus. She walked me through options, introduced me to the color of the month, and made sure I was familiar with the atmosphere. My manicurist CoCo was at the station ready, water hot (exactly how I like it!!) She greeted me with respect and care and had great energy! Yes I was a 1st time client, Yes I pre-paid as the initial appointment requires, and Yes it was worth it!! I met the owners and really enjoyed my conversation with Sharlinda and Sabrina, I felt like it was a mature pro vibe that is not a part of the price, it is a part of the experience and not many places have that camaraderie.
